We come in and take pictures of the things and areas that make them feel at home. When we unpack their new residence we recreate that memory in the new space.

We can sort and organize their possesions if needed when we unpack them. We can spend the day with them or have it set up when they arrive.

We can do one area of their entire new residence.

Take it from our previous clients!

“During 45 years of medical practice with much of that time spent working with geriatric patients, it became obvious that when the elderly move from their home to a new facility, it can be traumatic for them.  However, there is a way to ease the distress. When familiar furniture, pictures, bedding, and the bed are transplanted from their original home, the shock of new neighbors, often new eating arrangements, and multiple other changes are eased and abated.  When the person moving has the opportunity to speak with the coordinator organizing the transfer of familiar things, it also decreases the stress.  The person who is displaced, often at the request of family and not of their own doing, will have a better buy-in if they are allowed to have significant input in the details.  I am very confident that Connie Stanton is that caring, perceptive person with the ability to work with individuals with a kind and patient ear so that the person will immediately understand that their input is very important in the process.  This is a critical time in the life of the elderly and this ability to walk alongside the senior citizen is not just necessary but saves the individual whose life is now upside down much anxiety. This is what I want and how I want it done when it is my turn.”

“Connie’s help with our move was immeasurable, it was a huge stress reliever to know I could depend on her.”
